The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

An order is considered final only when you receive an official order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of the materials (especially for limited handcrafted items). In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT according to European regulations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before the final payment.

We accept secure payments via Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Satispay, and Buy Now Pay Later options like Klarna.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or local fees.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We process and dispatch our physical products (CDs, clothing, necklaces, notebooks, and rattles) directly from our headquarters. We aim to ship orders within 3 to 5 business days. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
We conform fully to the European Consumer Code regarding your right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Exceptions: Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is strictly void if sealed audio recordings (CDs) are opened after delivery. Handcrafted items and standard clothing must be returned strictly unused and in their original condition.

6. Liability and Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), such as postal strikes or natural disasters.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
