Refund and Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order, in whole or in part, within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any specific reason. To ensure fairness and protect the nature of the items we sell, returns must comply with the conditions outlined below, in accordance with the European Consumer Code.

Return Conditions by Item Category

Please carefully review the specific return requirements for the items you purchased:

Audio Media (CDs): Pursuant to Art. 59(i) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is strictly void if sealed audio/video recordings are opened after delivery. Returns for CDs will be accepted only if the original shrink-wrap or cellophane seal is completely intact.
Clothing (T-shirts, etc.): See the Print on Demand products Policies.
Handcrafted Items & Accessories (Necklaces, Rattles, Notebooks): Handcrafted products and stationery must be returned in the exact same condition as you received them, completely unused, and inside their original packaging.
Customized Items: Please note that the return policy does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized items (e.g., autographed CDs with a specific name dedication), as per Art. 59(c) of the Consumer Code.

How to Request a Return

We have made our return process simple and automated:

Log in to your “My Account” area on our website.
Go to the Orders section and locate the order you wish to return.
Click the “Refund / Return” button next to the relevant item.
Fill out the brief form to submit your request.

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how and where to ship the package.

Refunds and Shipping Costs

Unless the item received was defective or incorrect, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items to ensure they meet the conditions above, we will process your refund using the original payment method within a few business days.
